DTEX, LLC v. BBVA Bancomer, S.A., 07-20364

In a dispute arising in Mexico involving competing claims to textile manufacturing equipment, dismissal of plaintiff's action on the basis of forum non conveniens in favor of the foreign forum, Mexico, is affirmed for the reasons set forth in the district court's analysis of the issues, and the circuit court adopts its Memorandum and Order by reference as the opinion of the court.
