United States Fifth Circuit

US v. Williams, 06-60963

A conviction for embezzlement and aiding and abetting embezzlement, as well as for conspiracy to embezzle funds, is affirmed over claims that a statutory exemption makes 18 U.S.C. section 666 inapplicable to the embezzlement of a salary, and that the evidence was insufficient to support her convictions for conspiracy or aiding and abetting.
