US v. Sanchez-Hernandez, 06-40888

A conviction for possession with intent to distribute marijuana is affirmed over claims of error that: 1) the district court improperly denied a challenge for cause of a biased prospective juror; and 2) the district court improperly admitted drug profiling testimony as substantive evidence of guilt, and allowed expert testimony regarding his mental state.
