US v. Puckett, 06-10543
A conviction and sentence pursuant to a plea to bank robbery and the associated use of a firearm is affirmed where: 1) plain error review governs a contention, newly raised on appeal, that the government breached the plea agreement; and 2) there was no reversible error as to such claim or any other raised by defendant.
