Cuvillier v. Sullivan, 05-61186

In an action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. section 1983 asserting a deprivation of rights secured by Title IV-D of the Social Security Act arising from defendants' alleged failure to collect past due child support, dismissal of the suit is affirmed as the provisions plaintiff relied on do not give rise to individual rights.
