United States Fifth Circuit
Allstate Ins. Co. v. Receivable Fin. Co. LLC, 05-10265
In an action brought by insurers against defendants alleging fraud in relation to over 1800 claim files which involved claimants treated by defendants-chiropractic clinics, a jury verdict and multi-million dollar award in favor of plaintiffs is reversed as the evidence was insufficient to support either the jury verdict on fraud or the damages award.
