Wright v. Allstate Ins. Co., 06-20069

In a suit against an insurance carrier relating to flood damage on plaintiff's home, denial of plaintiff's motion to amend his complaint to include extra-contractual claims against the insurer is affirmed where plaintiff's claims for fraud and negligent misrepresentation were neither explicitly nor implicitly authorized by the National Flood Insurance Act.
