United States Fifth Circuit
Cent. Laborers' Pension Fund v. Integrated Elec. Servs. Inc., 06-20135
In a securities fraud action brought against defendant and several of its executive officers, dismissal with prejudice of plaintiffs' complaint is affirmed where: 1) the class action complaint failed to meet the pleading requirements of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act (PSLRA); and 2) there was no abuse of discretion in a finding that amending the complaint would be futile.
