In an action brought by a technician against a school district alleging age discrimination, retaliation, and constructive discharge under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), a judgment and rulings for defendant are affirmed over claims that: 1) jury instructions contained the improper causation standard for an ADEA pretext case; and 2) the trial court improperly excluded EEOC evidence.
