US v. Wright, 05-10894
A sentence for wire fraud stemming from a scheme which defrauded mortgage lenders is vacated where: 1) a two-level increase for obstruction of justice was error as defendant was not in "custody" when he fled; and 2) a restitution award was concededly erroneous.
