In a civil rights action brought under 42 U.S.C. section 1983 arising from plaintiff's arrest, summary judgment for defendants-sheriff and detectives is reversed in part as to the dismissal of federal claims where material fact issues existed regarding: 1) whether an arrest warrant detectives obtained was supported by probable cause; and 2) the detectives' entitlement to qualified immunity.
