Downer v. Siegel, 06-30159
In arbitration proceedings in which clients alleged fraud in the inducement of certain investments and account agreements and violations of securities laws, an order vacating an arbitration award in defendant-stock broker's favor is reversed and remanded where the arbitration panel at issue did not exceed its powers, and the district court improperly vacated the arbitration award.
