Disraeli v. Rotunda, 05-51418

In a 42 U.S.C. section 1983 action arising from defendants' investigation of, and actions taken in relation to, possible violations by plaintiff of Texas's securities laws, summary judgment for defendants is affirmed where the district court correctly found that all three named defendants are entitled to absolute immunity from civil liability in connection with their duties as government officials and that plaintiff failed to prosecute his claims against Does.
