US v. Stevens, 05-41369
Defendants' convictions and sentences for drug-related offenses are affirmed where: 1) one defendant pled guilty and failed to preserve the right to appeal the district court's pretrial denial of his motion to suppress; and 2) the district court correctly denied other defendant's motion to suppress, he could not raise an ineffective assistance of counsel claim on direct appeal, and there was no Booker error at sentencing.
