A conviction for being an illegal alien in possession of firearms is reversed where the district court erred in denying a motion to suppress the firearms at issue because a vehicle stop was not supported by reasonable suspicion, and guns found in a subsequent search had to be suppressed under the fruit of the poisonous tree doctrine.
