US v. German, 06-30013

Defendants' convictions and sentences for drug related offenses are affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court abused its discretion in denying a motion for a continuance; 2) there was insufficient evidence to support one conviction for conspiracy to distribute crack; 3) the district court legally erred in ruling that suppression is not a remedy for violations of the pen-trap statute; 4) the district court abused its discretion in denying a motion for a continuance; 5) the district court erred in calculating a drug quantity; and 6) the within-guidelines sentences were unreasonable in light of applicable statutory factors.
