US v. Mitchell, 06-40335

Defendants' convictions and sentences stemming from their involvement in a crack-cocaine conspiracy are affirmed, with modification, over claims of error regarding: 1) the sufficiency of the evidence; 2) a decision to permit testimony that defendant pulled a gun on another individual during the time frame of the conspiracy; 3) motions for severance and mistrial; and 4) additional foreclosed arguments.
