In the context of determining the adequacy of defense counsel's Anders brief where the defendant has advised counsel that he does not wish to challenge his guilty plea, ordinarily counsel must file a transcript and brief the issues surrounding the plea unless the record reflects that the defendant has chosen not to challenge the plea.
