A conviction pursuant to a conditional plea to being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed over a claim of erroneous denial of a motion to suppress challenging a gun found when, while defendant was on supervised release, authorities conducted a warrantless search of his girlfriend's residence, where he was an overnight guest.
