Turner v. Quarterman, 06-70017

In a capital murder case in which the evidence showed that defendant had shot and killed his parents in their home, his application for a certificate of appealability (COA) from a denial of a petition for writ of habeas corpus is denied where he could not make a substantial showing of the denial of a federal constitutional right on any of his claims.
