United States Fifth Circuit

US v. Smith, 06-40809

Defendant's conviction for drug trafficking offenses and possession of a weapon during a drug trafficking offense is affirmed over claims that: 1) the district court prevented him from presenting an entrapment defense at trial; 2) insufficient evidence supported the weapon possession conviction; and 3) a DEA agent-s report on the drug testing of evidence allegedly recovered from defendant's car was erroneously admitted.
