Equal Employment Opportunity Comm'n v. E.I. Du Pont de Nemours & Co., 05-30712

Partial summary judgment to the EEOC and a refusal to alter a judgment following a jury verdict awarding employee backpay, frontpay, and punitive damages for violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is affirmed with the exception of the award of front pay which is reversed as plaintiff was not eligible to receive "future wages and benefits" because she was unable to work in the future due to her medical condition.
