Charpentier v. Ortco Contractors, 06-60217

In a dispute over payment of benefits to a widow under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, a decision finding that petitioner's entitlement to her award ended on the date the circuit court issued an opinion vacating an earlier award is reversed where employer was required under statute to continue paying benefits until the circuit court issued a stay order or reached a final decision "affirming, modifying, or setting aside" the Benefits Review Board's order.
