Alston v. Fleetwood Motor Homes of Indiana Inc., 06-30014

In a redhibitory action involving a recreational vehicle (RV) with a leaky roof, judgment for plaintiffs-buyers against seller is affirmed in part, but vacated in part as to a mental anguish award and an award of attorney's where plaintiffs had not established a nonpecuniary interest in the RV so as to qualify for mental anguish damages, and the attorney's fees needed reconsideration in light of the mental anguish judgment's vacatur.
