LeMaire v. State of Louisiana, 05-31134
Summary judgment on an employee's claims against state employer of sexual harassment and retaliation under Title VII is affirmed in part and reversed where: 1) plaintiff created a genuine issue of material fact regarding whether or not allegedly harassing conversations took place; 2) certain retaliation issues were not properly raised for purposes of summary judgment; and 3) genuine issues of material fact remained regarding a claim that a two-day suspension was retaliatory.
