US v. Reff, 06-50076

A conviction for first degree murder on a government reservation is affirmed where the government sufficiently proved that defendant was within the special maritime and territorial jurisdiction of the United States when he committed the murder, and a jury instruction regarding the issue did not constitute plain error.
