United States Fifth Circuit
In Re: Clients & Former Clients of Baron & Budd, P.C., 06-20835, 06-20836
A petition for writ of mandamus, to require a district court to rule on motions to intervene and motions to quash regarding a subpoena in underlying asbestos litigation, is denied pursuant to a finding that the authority conferred on the Asbestos Multi-District Litigation Court by 28 U.S.C. section 1407(b) extends beyond depositions so as to embrace the subpoenas at issue.
