Defendant's conviction for being an alien in possession of ammunition and firearms, and related drug and firearm offenses is affirmed over challenges to whether: 1) arresting agents had probable cause; 2) his confession was given voluntarily; and 3) the evidence was sufficient to support the jury's conclusion that his possession of a firearm was in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense.
