United States Fifth Circuit
US v. Finley, 06-50160
A conviction for aiding and abetting possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine is affirmed over primary claims that the district court erred by not instructing the jury as to simple possession of methamphetamine, and by denying a motion to suppress text messages and call records recovered in a warrantless, post-arrest search of his cell phone.
