US v. Lewis, 04-51183
Convictions and sentences for drug-related offenses involving a methamphetamine conspiracy centered on the Aryan Circle prison gang are affirmed in part, but reversed in part due to insufficient evidence for certain defendants' continuing criminal enterprise convictions. Also, the enhancement of certain defendants' sentences for leadership roles in the conspiracy are reversed on the basis of insufficient evidence.
