Urban Developers LLC v. City of Jackson Mississippi, 05-60046

Denial of the defendant's motion for judgment as a matter of law with respect to developer's breach of contract claim, federal and state due process claims relating to plaintiff's alleged property interest in certain contracts, a state law takings claim, and a negligence claim is reversed and remanded for entry of judgment in favor of those defendants. All other claims of developer on which it prevailed below, as against the city and other defendants are dismissed without prejudice as unripe.
