US v. Beydoun, 05-30841

A sentence and restitution order for conspiring to traffic in counterfeit goods and trafficking in counterfeit goods are affirmed as to the sentence but vacated as to the restitution order for the district court to determine the amount of actual loss suffered by the legitimate sellers of "Zig-Zag" cigarette rolling papers.
