US v. Arnold, 05-40877

A conviction for drug and firearm related offenses is affirmed over claims of error regarding the sufficiency of the evidence on all counts and the admission of Federal Rule of Evidence 404(b) evidence of a prior conviction. A remand is ordered for the limited purpose of determining whether defendant was prejudiced by a citation error in the government-s pre-trial 21 U.S.C. section 851 sentencing enhancement notice.
