Bodin v. Vagshenian, 05-50707
Judgments on partial findings pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 52(c) in favor of defendant-U.S. on psychiatric patients' claims under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) is reversed in part where the district court erred in dismissing for lack of jurisdiction plaintiffs' claims based on defendant-doctor's coworkers' independent acts of negligence in failing to prevent the doctor's sexual assaults.
