A petition by the Department of Homeland Security for a writ of mandamus to correct a discovery order in a dispute involving alleged breach of immigration bond obligations is dismissed without prejudice and the matter remanded to the district court for an in camera review of the documents at issue where the district court erred in declaring that no law enforcement privilege exists in the Fifth Circuit.
