United States Fifth Circuit
US v. Brathwaite, 05-10384
Denial of defendant's motion to suppress evidence in prosecutions for identification document fraud, forgery, bank fraud, interstate transportation of a stolen vehicle, and firearms-related charges is reversed in part where statements defendant made about guns found in his house should have been suppressed since government agents failed to give him Miranda warnings before questioning him.
