Cleveland v. US, 05-30197

A ruling in favor of the United States on claims of medical malpractice brought under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) is affirmed over challenges to certain evidentiary rulings, and to the district court's final determination that plaintiff failed to prove that defendant's conduct fell below the requisite standard of care.
