Bonds v. Tandy, 05-60478

21 U.S.C. section 877 limits petitions for judicial review to those litigants with Article III standing and who are also arguably within the zone of interests of the Controlled Substances Act (CSA). A petition for review of the Drug Enforcement Administration's denial of a waiver application that would have allowed a pharmacy to hire petitioner is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
