United States Fifth Circuit
US v. Thompson, 05-20123
Defendants' convictions and sentences for offenses relating to bank robbery are affirmed as to one defendant, and reversed in part as to one defendant's conviction for brandishing a firearm during a robbery where a reasonable trier of fact would have to conclude that a reasonable doubt existed that he knew that a gun was used in the robbery at issue.
