US v. Valdez, 04-50499

Defendants' convictions on various drug charges are affirmed over claims of error regarding insufficiency of the evidence and denial of their motions for severance. One defendant's sentence is vacated where the evidence did not support an inference that cocaine was reasonably foreseeable to him for purposes of a relevant conduct determination.
