An order compelling arbitration of a grievance filed by a union on behalf of a discharged employee is affirmed over the former employer's claims that: 1) the district court erred by applying the "rational mind" standard of procedural arbitrability; and 2) ignoring evidence that the parties did not intend disability determinations to be subject to an arbitration provision of their collective bargaining agreement.
