A judgment refusing to enjoin state proceedings under the Anti-Injunction Act in an underlying dispute involving oil and gas service contract is reversed where the district court erred in holding that collateral estoppel applies only to "issues of ultimate fact" or issues that are "essential to the outcome of the ultimate issue involved."
