US v. Contreras-Trevino, 05-40685

Denial of a motion to suppress evidence obtained during a vehicle stop in a prosecution for unlawfully transporting illegal aliens in a motor vehicle is affirmed where there was probable cause to stop defendant's vehicle because his vehicle's rear license plate was obscured in violation of state laws.
