Saizan v. Delta Concrete Prods. Co., Inc., 05-30375

A reduction in the requested amount of attorney-s fees awarded to plaintiffs pursuant to settlement of an alleged Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) violation is affirmed over claims of error regarding findings of: 1) a failure to provide evidence of billing judgment; 2) success on the merits; 3) a refusal to depart from an adjusted lodestar amount.
