Egleston v. Egleston, 04-31113

Summary judgment against a former wife in her adversary proceeding to except from discharge various state court judgments rendered against her ex-husband, a Chapter 7 debtor, is reversed in part where state courts' awards for attorney's fees and lost personal possessions were not wholly void, and an award for travel expenses was not void.
