A petition for review of a denial of an application for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture is denied where, although petitioner demonstrated persecution by insurrectionist terrorists in Colombia, he failed to establish a nexus between the persecution and a statutory ground for relief, and there was insufficient state action to demonstrate torture under the Convention.
