United States Fifth Circuit

Virgil v. Dretke, 03-21129

Denial of a petition for habeas relief challenging a conviction for causing bodily injury to an elderly person is reversed where a state court's decision on an ineffective assistance of counsel claim based on a failure to challenge certain jurors was an unreasonable application of clearly established Federal law as determined by the Supreme Court.
