United States Fifth Circuit
Majd v. Gonzales, 05-60141
A petition for review of a denial of an application for asylum and related relief based on alleged persecution by Israeli forces is denied where the record supported an immigration judge's determination that petitioner: 1) was ineligible for asylum and witholding of removal; and 2) failed to establish torture for purposes of relief. A refugee claim failed as well.
