Hadwani v. Gonzales, 05-60066

Courts lack jurisdiction over petitions for review concerning the discretionary denial of relief under 8 U.S.C. section 1255. A petition for review of denial of an application for adjustment of status is denied where the court lacked jurisdiction to review the denial of discretionary relief, and the constitutional claims presented were without merit.
