Camacho v. Texas Workforce Comm'n, 05-50711

Denial of attorney's fees for plaintiffs following their successful challenge to certain rules adopted by a state agency limiting eligibility for Medicaid health coverage is affirmed where the district court did not err under Erie by refusing to apply the fee-award provision of the Texas Declaratory Judgment Act.
